A coalition of community organizations, churches, and business leaders announced the launch of a territory-wide youth mentorship program this week, aiming to connect hundreds of at-risk teenagers with professional mentors across St. Thomas, St. Croix, and St. John. The program, called VI Pathways, was developed over the past 18 months by the Virgin Islands Community Foundation in partnership with the Department of Education and several private sector sponsors.
